Mobile ordering offers a convenient, contactless way for you and your family to plan ahead and enjoy food and beverages from many quick/counter service dining locations throughout Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort. All you need is your phone and the park app.
From the app, begin by selecting "+" and then choose “Order Food.”
Pick an available restaurant, select your arrival time and then make your selections including any customizations.
After you’ve reviewed your order, pay using a credit card, debit card, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, Apple Pay.
When your arrival window opens, go to the restaurant and select the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button so the kitchen can begin making your order.
You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready to retrieve.
You can always edit your arrival time if needed. For example, if you have reserved an arrival time for 12:00pm and you decide at 11:00am that you won’t be hungry by 12:00pm, simple go into the app and push your arrival time out to another available time.
*** You can place a mobile order at any time. For example, if you know that your family wants to dine at Pym Test Kitchen at 1:00pm, you can place your order at 8am and select a 1:00pm arrival time. When 1:00pm arrives, go to the counter service location and select "I'm Here, Prepare My Order." This is especially helpful if you wish to dine during peak dining hours at popular dining locations. If you wait until you're hungry to make your mobile order, you may be waiting hours until there is an open arrival window. ***

Adults can order off of the kid’s menu at any of the quick service dining locations. If you don’t have a big appetite this can be a great way to save food waste and to save a few dollars.
I am happy to share some of my favorite quick service locations with you. Just ask!
